Paediatric Speech Pathologist
Support children to develop communication skills that help them express themselves, build relationships, participate confidently, and find their voice.
You may work in areas such as:
Early communication and language development
Speech sound difficulties
Developmental Language Disorder (DLD)
Social communication
Literacy and phonological awareness
Stuttering
AAC and multimodal communication
School readiness
Paediatric Occupational Therapist
Support children to build confidence, independence, regulation, and participation in the activities that matter most to them.
You may work with children in areas such as:
Sensory processing and regulation
Emotional regulation
Fine and gross motor development
Daily living and self-care skills
Executive functioning
Play skills
School readiness
Community participation
Whether you're a Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with children, families, educators, and fellow therapists to create meaningful and lasting outcomes.

The Role
As part of the team, you will
Deliver child-led, family-centred therapy services
Build meaningful relationships with children and families
Conduct assessments, intervention, reporting, and collaborative planning
Partner with caregivers to develop practical strategies and meaningful goals
Collaborate with educators and other professionals
Support children across clinic, home, school, childcare, community, and telehealth settings
Contribute to a positive, supportive, collaborative team culture
Essential requirements
Speech Pathologists
Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) · SPA membership (or eligibility)
Occupational Therapists
Current AHPRA registration · relevant Occupational Therapy qualifications
A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required for community-based work.
